The Pupil Premium Grant
The progress and attainment of all children for whom Pupil Premium has been designated are tracked individually through our assessment tracking software and also through the school’s financial management system. The majority of Pupil Premium has been spent providing specialist teaching and teaching assistants to support learning in class. The focus of the smaller groups is on reading, writing and maths and has ensured that we are able to maintain increased levels of progress. Interventions are evaluated regularly and changes are made based on data and impact.
If your child does not have Free School Meals, but may be eligible because of your family's income level, please contact the office (in confidence), or complete the forms available on the School Meals page of this website, to register them. Even if you do not wish them to have the meals, this would mean the school could still claim Pupil Premium funding that may be used to help your child.
