Willows had a great time at the Food and Farming day at Writtle college. We discovered how grain is planted, harvested and what it can be made into; what foods we can grow (tasting was popular!); what animals give us food (the sausages and bacon were very tasty!) and what machinery is used to grow grains.

Great fun was had by all on Wednesday at the year 5/6 disco!

Six KS1 children went to play 3Ts cricket at Howbridge Infant School.

They all really enjoyed it and showed brilliant teamwork and sportsmanship during all the games they played!

Well done!

On Friday 26th April, we had two children competing in the county cross-country finals!

They were both excellent ambassadors to our school and showed brilliant determination in their respective races!

Thomas in year 5, finished 60th.

Righteous in year 6, finished 9th.
